How it works
Sort into our bags
Whites in the White Bag, everything else in the Blue Bag. If the bag closes, it counts as one load.
Leave it out on pickup day
Your neighborhood has a set pickup day each week. You don't need to be home.

Washed, dried and folded, then dropped back at your door. Need it sooner? Bump up any bag when you book.

One bag, one load
Every bag is the same size, so every price is simple. Your starter kit includes one White Bag and one Blue Bag. Everyday clothes, towels and sheets are all welcome.
If a bag is packed far past what it's built for, we'll let you know before charging an overweight fee.
What we can't take
- Soiled diapers or heavily soiled items
- Grease, oil, tar or chemical stains
- Leather, suede, silk or dry-clean-only items
- Rugs, pet beds and items with loose hardware

What if I don't use all my bags?
Unused bags roll over one month.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Switch plans or cancel anytime.
Do you serve rental hosts?
Yes. Short-term rental hosts can set up a plan for sheets and towels. Choose any plan and we'll be in touch.
